Family

We were able to have both or our families come out and visit us this summer. Isaac loved having everyone come out and give him loads of attention, and we loved having our families come.
It started with Brandon's dad coming out to bring his sister Brittany to BYU. She staid with us for a few months while she looked for a job and apartment etc.
This is Brittany and Cameron being crazy. They were trying to cut a branch off the tree, but it was just too high. We eventually went and borrowed a ladder from a neighbor. It's a miracle no one was hurt!

The when Bronson got home, the Garners were able to come out again, this time with everyone except Corbin who had to work. Isaac immediately became fast friends with his Uncle Bronson.
It was an exciting time, can't you tell!
A cool dude with a cool uncle.

Then my family was able to come out the very next week. My little sister Gayleen came out for EFY, so my parents drove her out and just staid the whole week. We had a ton of fun with them as well.
This is BYU's dinosaur museum. It's very small, but it's free and it has some pretty cool stuff in there. Isaac really enjoyed it, though it may not look like it in this picture.
He even got to touch some stuff!
Grandpa was always willing to play, be it cars or whatever!
Thank you families for making the long trip out here and spoiling us. Isaac sure misses having everyone here. Even Brittany has moved out, so now it's just the three of us again. Isaac is going to be so bored!

Brief overview of the Summer

Fair warning, this is going to be a long post, with lots of pictures. But I have been slacking so much with blogging, that I'm going to do a condensed post of our summer. We haven't done anything terribly exciting, so you won't miss anything important!

This was our Fourth of July. We woke up to the hot air balloons literally right outside our house. Isaac loved watching all of the balloons. He talked about them for days afterwards. After that we went to the parade, and though we were pretty late, we still found decent seats in the shade. Of course we were sitting under some bushes, but it worked out great. Isaac wasn't as impressed with the parade, but he still enjoyed it.

We then walked around the little festivities, and Isaac liked looking around. And he even got to stay up and watch the big fireworks from the "Stadium of Fire". We did our own little ones, but I only took video of that, no pictures. But they weren't that exciting. They were pretty small and pathetic. Brandon and I decided next year we're going to buy real fireworks, and not the ones from Maceys. But Isaac liked them after a little while. We even convinced him to hold a sparkler. It took a little to get used to, but in the end he was enjoying himself.

Just some random cutness of Isaac...

This was our trip to the zoo with our friends the Clarks. Isaac absolutely loves going to the zoo. The only bummer was that it was raining and somewhat chilly. But Isaac wasn't put out!

Isaac is still as helpful as ever. Though now there are some things that he really can do!

This is the reason...

This is the reason I have been slacking in the blogging department. This little addition to my body has made me sicker than sick and blogging has not even been on the list of things to do. But I had my first doctors appt yesterday, and everything looks great, and I'm starting to not throw up every day, so I'm doing better.
I'm 13 weeks along, and my due date is Feb 4th. I promise to keep updated as much as possible.
*No, this is not a joke, I really am pregnant.

The Garden

This is just a quick post to update you all on our garden, cause I'm sure that's what you're all dying to know how it's going. I promise to update more later!
If you notice, the zucchini is taking over!
