Messy

For some reason Emily really likes black beans, which is great as they are nice and healthy.  The only problem with them how messy they are!

Yes, it even has to make it up the nose!
I guess that's why they make bathtubs right!

Just to remember

I always say I'm going to remember the cute things my kids say, but of course I never do, so here are some cute things.
While we were coloring Easter eggs, Isaac got some food coloring on his finger, and his aunt Brittany said, "Isaac, you dyed your finger!"  To which he replied, "No I didn't, see, it still works."  At which point he bent his finger demonstrating how it was not dyed, but still very much alive!
And then this morning, after Emily had finished drinking her milk, she stood up in our bed, looked down at her legs and said, "Uh Oh!"  At which point I found her pacifier inside of her pajamas by her legs.  I thought it was hilarious!

Garner's visit

For their spring break, Grandma and Grandpa Garner were able to come out and visit us.  I didn't get a ton of pictures throughout the week, but trust me when I say we all enjoyed ourselves.  Especially Isaac and Emily.
Reading with Grandpa...

Getting lotion from Grandma

We were all able to celebrate Grandpa's 50th birthday on Friday night, including Carl's brother, Uncle Len.  We all had a good time surprising him!

Bronson and his fiancee Lara.  (Who is awesome!)  Congrats to the two of them!

And of course, Bronson has to play with Isaac, or Isaac would be crushed!
It was so fun to have family over all the time!  We miss them after they leave, but are so glad when they can visit!  Thanks for driving all the way out here!

Isaac the helper

Every once in a while, Isaac will totally take me by surprise with what he does.   A while ago, he had gotten up early, and I was still in bed.  We had the clothes still hanging up on the drying rack from the night before, and so he decided to fold them all for me.  Every so often he would come in and ask how to fold something, but other than that, he did this all on his own.  I was so proud of him.

Also, one morning Brandon had started emptying the dishwasher before work, but didn't have time to do all of it.  So Isaac decided to finish.  He took out the rest of the dishes and dried them off and stacked them up on the counter.  Once again, a very proud mother!

Playing together

Isaac and Emily will play together most of the time without any problems.

Random Pictures

Brandon downloaded the pictures off of his old phone, so I thought I'd put them up. Enjoy!

This is at Pizza Pie Cafe.  Isaac loves to eat there.  The pasta is his favorite!
