Isaac Smiles!
We finally caught his smile on camera, though the angle is a little funky. His face really isn't that chunky, it just looks that way!
Isaac Grows
Isaac has already grown so much in just 4 short weeks. He's already over 22 inches long and weighs 9 lbs and some odd ounces. And he's preparing to stun all the babes with his giant muscles!
And it never hurts to admire them yourself either!
Our trip up to Salt Lake was spent on Temple Square. Isaac did such a good job! He enjoyed all the sights, and then was out for the rest of the time. Dad sure does make a comfortable pillow!

Surprise!
Well, contrary to previous beliefs...Michelle gave birth to a wonderfully healthy baby boy! (That's right folks...I said "BOY"!) He is so cute and just loves to look around at everything! Here is a little about him:
Isaac Michael Garner was born at 3:47am weighing in at 7 lbs. 3 oz. and measuring 19" in length. We were completely surprised...and so was the doctor. He said after pulling him out, "That is definitely a boy!" So just so that you can see him, here are some pictures of us:

Baby coming soon...
We went to the doctor last week and he said that all is going great with the Baby and with Michelle. He said she has an 80% chance of giving birth this week! We're both really excited and hoping for the best!

Bronson reports to the MTC!!!
This week has been an exciting one! Bronson flew in from Salem to SLC and stayed with us! He is such an amazing kid! At the end of his stay with us, we were blessed with the opportunity of taking him to the MTC and seeing him go "behind the veil", or into the "bubble" of the MTC. We are so excited for him! We took a bunch of pictures...so here they all are:
Brandon had to remind Bronson to do up his collar and tighten his tie before going into the MTC....what a funny kid!
Look at him! What a stud!
There he goes...in the door to get his first packet.
Some lady started talking to a bunch of the Elders as they walked into the MTC. So, Michelle took a picture of him listening. ;-)
This lady was checking all of the Elder's coat pockets to see if they were unstitched. Well, Bronson's was stitched...
...so, he asked Michelle to be his substitute Mom by fixing his suit and then putting his name tag on him. She got a kick out of that!
Starting...
...opening the pocket...
...mounting the official name tag!
They were both pretty pumped and I was happy taking pictures!
There he is world! Elder Bronson Garner (complete with orange dot!)! What a sharp looking kid!
I was lucky enough to get in one last picture with him...just as two brothers. I am so proud of him!
There we are...the last of the pics. After this, we weren't allowed to take anymore pictures.
Next, we went into a large room with all the 12:00 arrivals and had a brief meeting with the MTC Presidency where we sang "Called to Serve" (Oh, the sweet memories!). After that, we stood, hugged and said our good-byes. My eyes were full as we embraced each other for the last time for two years. I know he is now in the Lord's hands entirely and that he'll be one of the greatest missionaries out there...so watch out old scratch!

Trip Home...
Last week we went home for Brandon's brother Bronson's farewell. He is such a stud! While we were there, we got a picture of the Garner Family.
We also went to visit Michelle's Grandpa...he's such a trooper! He was hanging out in his home and was in a great mood!
The trip was cool! We even got to stay with Brandon's Grandma. She is such a delight to be around. Always positive... Something about those folks from older generations...they always seem to be happier and less worried about the world. It's kinda sad to have to be back home in the grove of things...but I guess that's part of life.
Now we are just at home working and chilling. We've stuck a few more pics on here this time so you can see some of our life:
