Isaac's Adventures

Box of Peanuts

A little while ago my mom sent us a package, and it came in a huge box filled with Styrofoam peanuts. Isaac has been in heaven. He played in there all the time. Here are just a few pictures to demonstrate.

Halloween

This was Halloween morning, we went with one of his little friends to the local grocery store to trick or treat. If you can't tell, he is a penguin and she is a ladybug.
Since I forgot the camera that night, all I have are pictures of him during the day. But he's the most important anyway, nobody really cares about pictures of Brandon and I!
You can't tell from these picturse but Isaac really loved his costume. Everytime we put it on he got so excited and he would love to waddle around. (and waddle he did, it wasn't too condusive to walking very well) He would wave at people with his little flipper hands. It was really cute.

Pictures

I have heard some complaints that all my pictures of Isaac make him look like a devil with very bad red eye, so I fixed up some pictures and here are some red-eye free pictures!

Brandon had to sneak up on him to get this picture. This is what he does all the time, he just goes into his room and lays on his bear to read some books.

Corn Mazes and Hayrides

The other weekend Isaac and I went with my really good and her hubby and brother to a local corn maze. Isaac had a blast, and was really good even though we were out really late. We went on a cow train, a hay ride, went down a huge slide multiple times, and walked through the maze. Isaac absolutely loved the maze. He loved being down, walking around. He even led the group for a while. And we got out in really good time!
This is us on the little cow train. It was hard to get good pictures. It was dark, and there was so much dust/dirt floating around, it looks like it was snowing in some of the pictures. It really wasn't I promise. It was actually pretty warm.

They had music playing on the loud speakers, and Isaac was loving that as well. He was dancing up a storm.

TV's

Isaac has a fascination with buttons, and one day he was pushing the TV button on and off a bunch, and then it would no longer turn off. We think it wasn't really his fault, apparently there are a lot of people who have this problem with this TV. (Advice, don't get a Memorex!) So we looked around and found one someone was selling for pretty cheap. It looks just the same as our old one, just bigger.

This picture was when Brandon tried to fix our old TV. He got it to work kinda, but then other things stopped working as well. Eventually nothing worked, no buttons, the remote. It wasn't worth it to try and get it all to work. Plus, no one around here sells the parts for Memorex, you have to go through the company, and they were a huge pain in the rear! We called them so many times, just to see what they would do about it. Eventually they told us they would charge $60 to look at it, plus any parts, plus S&H, which is bucko bucks for a TV. So we gave it to some guy for free who wanted to try and fix it himself, though I don't know how much luck he'll have. Whatever.

This is our old TV....

And this is Brandon plugging in our new TV!

And the rest of the pictures are our little helper. He was in heaven with the screwdriver working on the old TV case. He was hilarious to watch, so serious and working so hard, just like Dad!

Isaac's adventures

Here are just a few pictures of Isaac's latest adventures.
This boy loves to walk around with his monkey. Anytime he goes to someone else's house, he has to have his monkey or else it is a disaster
He also loves to play with the phone and pretend he is talking to someone. He loves it if he can get Dad's phone because that one has a big picture on the screen, but he will settle for mom's phone if he has to.
Tuesday Dad and Isaac get to spend all day together, and Isaac always has a blast. This last Tue I came home and the living room was filled with Isaac's tent and tunnels, and Isaac was laughing like crazy as Dad threw him up and down in the air. I didn't get a picture of either but it was priceless. And of course, Isaac also loves to just sit and read books with Dad as well.
I was making dinner the other night and got out some red potatoes, and Isaac usually likes to try and get one or two out to carry around the house for a while, but this time, he got two out and disappeared into the living room. When I came out to see what he was up to, I found him on the couch like this. He had climbed onto the cough by himself, sat facing the edge, and was bouncing the potatoes off of the arm of the couch. It was the funniest thing. I have no idea where he got the idea...
