April 29 was our 2 year anniversary. I can't believe how fast time has flown by. It definitely doesn't feel like 2 years. But when I stop and look at all we've accomplished, then it starts to sink in a little. I've done 2 semesters in the nursing program. (Okay, back up, I got into the nursing program...) He's done almost 2 full school years. He has a good job, we've already moved twice. (Once out here, and twice into our little home.) We've seen 3 brothers go into the mission field, one come out. We've had a little boy who is now nine months. It's been a very good two years. And I would just like to say, I was so lucky to marry the best guy in the whole world. I know everyone says that, but they're all mistaken. Brandon really is the most awesome man I could have married. He is an excellent husband and a wonderful father. I love him so much and I am so grateful he had the courage to ask me to marry him even though I had my mission call!
Here's just one example:
For our anniversary, he planned the whole thing. He came home from work early and surprised me with a new pair of very cute earings, and a Jewlery box, the very kind I needed and had been wanting. Then he took my up to Salt Lake for an amazing dinner. We went to the Melting Pot, which for those who don't know about it, it is an awesome Fondue place. We had a full 4 course meal and I'm amazed I was able to walk out of there. The food was so good, but soooo filling. We were full after the first 3 courses, but the last course is the chocolate fondue desert, so of course we were going to eat it. And it was well worth it. It was definitely a very good night. As I said before, I have the best husband ever!
