Well, we really did go to Oregon for two weddings, and here is the proof! We were able to see Phillip and Clair be sealed for time and all eternity, and it was a very special ceremony. And of course all the festivities were fun afterward. We had a lunch at my parents house, and the reception later that night. It all turned out really well, and it was so fun to be there!
This is when they first came out of the temple.
Yes, she is trying to eat his hair.
This is all the boy cousins on the Brown side. And yes, Isaac is picking his nose and laughing about it. What can I say, he is such a little boy...
I love Isaac's face in this one, and Emily's for that matter.
This was at their reception, they were so happy. It was fun to watch them talk to people.

And she's off!
Emily is not officially crawling, but she by no means has a hard time getting around!

Random Fun
After Cameron and Ashley's wedding, Brandon flew home so that he could go back to work and we stayed there and spent time with family. We had lots of fun doing random things.
Grandpa Brown works for the city of Kiezer and at the city building, where his office is, there is a new splash park. We went there a couple of times. This was the first time we went and Isaac didn't do more than get his feet wet. He's not too big on the whole splashing thing. But he still had a good time, and Emily enjoyed watching. The second time we went I ran around with Isaac and he was a little more adventurous. Isaac had a blast with his cousins Jackson and Logan. This was after they had finished watching a movie and they started dancing to the music during the credits. It was hilarious to watch.
They both loved going to the Garner's house and playing over there. We even got to help them wash their cars one day and Isaac was in heaven! He got his own rag, and he just went to town.
Isaac slept in Aunt Gayleen's room, and he wanted to sleep on the top bunk soo badly. Unfortunately he never got to. The last thing I needed was a little boy with a broken arm!
He was very helpful around the house though. Sometimes a little too helpful... He can't really do everything he wants to do yet. But vacuuming thankful is one he is very good at, if not very thorough.

Wedding #1
Our first order of business in Oregon was Cameron and Ashley's wedding. It was so nice to be able to see them be married and to celebrate with them. Ashley was a beautiful bride and Cameron was a handsome groom. They were so excited and happy. Everything turned out beautifully, and we all had a lot of fun at the reception.
Isaac was a big fan of his little bow tie. Cameron made all the men's attire, and he tied Isaac's bow tie, then put Velcro on the back. Quite ingenious of him.
Emily's hat didn't really fit her, so it wasn't on for very long. Just for a few pictures. The kids did fairly well considering it was long and fairly hot out there that day.
At the reception, all the Garner boys minus Corbin (who is on his mission) sang together. It turned out very well, and it was a fun song.
Isaac was a very tired little boy by the end of the night, but he had so much fun at the reception. He got to dance and eat, and tell Ashley how pretty she was. (He did it all by himslef without any hints from parents!)
We were so glad we could be there, and we are so happy for both of them. Ashley is a wonderful addition to the Garner family, and Isaac is in love with her. We think Cameron did a good job!

We are still alive!
Despite the lack of posting, we are still alive. We spent almost a month in Oregon with family (minus Dad) and therefore have not had the time to post. But I will try and catch up. We had a great time in Oregon, though we missed Dad a whole lot! It was great to be able to spend time with family. We did lots of fun things while we were there. Each one will have to be its own post though, so check back for details...

Camping
Since Brandon already posted the picture about our dinner while camping, I figured I would post the rest of the pictures from camping. We went over by Spanish Fork, to Diamond Fork to go camping a few weekends ago, and we had a blast. Even though it rained during the night, we stayed nice and dry.
This was our campsite.
Emily had a blast... Actually, both of them did!
These were the little mice that were all over the place. Literally. If you stood still for 30sec or more, you would see them scurry out of their little holes and start scavenging around. It was a little weird.
This was our fire for our wonderful burritos. Isaac was of course fascinated with it.
Breakfast the next morning was bagels with cream cheese. Nice and easy!
Then we went for a hike around the campground. There was a little nature "Discovery Trail" made for kids and Isaac enjoyed it. We didn't go the whole way, it was a little long, but what we saw was fun.
The beavers house...
Lots of shrubbery...
It was a lot of fun to just go and spend time in nature as a family. And if you're wondering, it's not that hard to camp with little kids. Just make sure you have a bag (or 4) for garbage and you'll be fine!
